This 5-hour workshop has been developed in order to emphasize the importance of effective fee collection and its impact on the sustainability of the school. It is aimed at providing school administrative staff faced with the responsibility of collecting fees with the best possible chance of being paid by providing them with all the necessary tools.
Some of the intended outcomes are:
- improvement in the processes around the collection of debt
- a greater understanding of what needs to be in place to improve collection numbers
- some insights in how to deal with difficult customers
- the improvement in the collection of arrear debt
- acknowledgement of the importance of getting fees in on time
Facilitator: Jon Harding, a B.Com, HdipAcc CA(SA) who has been involved in education for the past 20 years.
Duration: 5 hours (usually 09:00 – 14:00).
