As part of its Employee Relations Manual, ISASA provides members with Pro Forma employment contracts for the most common positions at independent schools. This contact is for a school Head or Principal.
ISASA member schools are not required to make use of this contract; it is provided by way of example. As a Pro Forma (standardised draft) policy document, this contract should also be appropriately and properly customised by the user to suit their requirements.
