As part of its Employee Relations Manual, ISASA provides members with Pro Forma employment contracts for the most common positions at independent schools. These contacts are for non-academic staff.
ISASA member schools are not required to make use of these contracts; they are provided by way of example. As Pro Forma (standardised draft) policy documents, these contracts should also be appropriately and properly customised by the user to suit their requirements.
