Remote Work Policy and Employment Contract Addendum
The purpose of a school’s Remote Work (‘Work from Home’) Policy is to put general arrangements in place that will apply when staff are required or permitted to work remotely – i.e. performing their duties when they are not physically present on the school’s premises
ISASA has provided a generic framework document that schools can use and adapt as necessary for their particular workplace and circumstances. This policy should be used in conjunction with the “Remote Work Addendum” to employees’ contracts of employment which should provide for specific arrangements relating to individual employees.
