SABISA Constitution

The SABISA Constitution reads:

The name of the Association shall be the Southern African Bursars of Independent Schools Association (hereinafter referred to as SABISA), formerly known as Independent Schools Council Bursars’ Association.

SABISA is a constituent member of the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa.

The association is a voluntary association with perpetual succession, which may sue or be sued in its own name. It shall have an existence independent of its members and office bearers.

It is an association not for gain.
