VACANCY: DEBTOR CONTROLLER
Midstream College invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Debtor Controller in the Finance Department. The successful candidate will report to the Registrar.
Main Purpose
The Debtor Controller will be responsible for learner invoicing, debtor account management, and the collection of outstanding accounts.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in debtor management and collections.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage learner invoicing and debtor accounts.
- Follow up and collect outstanding debt.
- Resolve account queries professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare debtor reports and assist with month-end procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure confidentiality.
