The ISASA Employee Relations Manual (‘ER Manual’) is conceived as an employers’ guide to assist schools with managing their human resources.
The ER Manual summarises some of the key policies relating to employment law, providing regulatory frameworks, policy templates and pro forma contracts which school can use as a guide.
The ER Manual is reviewed and updated on a regular basis to ensure that the information is aligned with recent developments to the labour law and basic conditions of employment. The most recent update was April 2024.
