Curro seeks to appoint Temporary Primary School Sports Coach (part-time) at Curro Edenvale Combined in Edenvale to commence duties in January 2027
Are you passionate about sport and dedicated to inspiring young athletes? Curro Edenvale is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic Temporary Primary School Sports Coach to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners by fostering a love for sport, developing skills, and promoting teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship in a positive and supportive environment.

Key performance areas
- Coaching and developing learners across a variety of sporting codes
- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate training sessions
- Promoting participation, teamwork, sportsmanship, and excellence
- Assisting with the organisation of fixtures, tournaments, and sporting events
- Ensuring learner safety and well-being during all sporting activities
- Acting as a positive role model and ambassador of Curro Edenvale
Qualifications, experience and skills
- Relevant coaching and/or sports-related qualification (advantageous)
- Experience coaching primary school learners
- Passion for sport and learner development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, reliable, and well-organised individual
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners of all abilities
- Willingness to assist with afternoon sports programmes, fixtures, and events
