Key Purpose Statement:

The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of the BUSINESS STUDIES curriculum within the FET Phase, including the academic, personal development and future-readiness components that support students as they prepare for life beyond school.
Experience within an IEB school environment and familiarity with the IEB BUSINESS STUDIES assessment framework will be advantageous.
Qualifications & Experience
- a degree (NQF level 7) and PGCE or B.Ed (FET) with a specialisation in the subjects to be taught
- Experience teaching BUSINESS STUDIES in the FET Phase (Grades 10–12) will be advantageous
- Experience as an IEB marker for BUSINESS STUDIES would be advantageous
- SACE certification and a police clearance are requirements
- 5 – 10 years Teaching Experience
- 5 – 10 years Specialist subject teaching
- Computer and digital literacy
- First Aid
