St Patrick’s College is located in Kokstad, Eastern Griqualand in KZN.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE EXPECTED TO:
- Teach Grade 8 and 10 to 12 Core Mathematics and FS Maths.
- Engender a healthy environment for pupil development and learning.
- Be prepared to work according to the St Patrick’s College Christian ethos, specifications and policies.
- Have a love for children and an ability to interact and communicate with them.
- Have competent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have the capacity to develop and sustain new teaching and learning ideas.
- Have a record of accomplished Maths teaching at Senior School level.
- Show an understanding of how to use IT to advance teaching and learning in a senior school environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Degree/Diploma is required which includes Mathematics.
- Experience in teaching Mathematics in a high school environment would be a strong recommendation.
- Current SACE registration.
- National Register for Sex Offenders (NSRO) compliant.
