We are looking to appoint an Isizulu Teacher in the Senior School who will report to the Senior School Head.
Suitably qualified and experienced applicants are invited to apply for the following position:
Senior School Isizulu Teacher (Part-time)
1 January 2027
The successful candidate will need to possess the following skills, competencies and attributes:
- Have an appropriate university degree/ professional teaching qualification
- Be registered with SACE
- Must have a minimum 2-3 years’ experience teaching Isizulu at a Senior School level
- Experience in teaching Grade 8-12 would be advantageous
- Display qualities of integrity, responsibility and professionalism.
- Have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Must have a passion for teaching
- Be creative, innovative, organised and well-motivated
- Be able to work under pressure, plan and meet deadlines
- Be computer literate and prepared to engage with 21st Century teaching methodologies.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively within a team of teachers, the Head of the Senior School and Executive Head.
- Be willing to work after hours, attend school meetings and functions when required
- Be committed to safeguarding and duty of care
- Appreciate working in a values-driven, Christian environment
- Be required to uphold the ethos and traditions of the school
- Be willing to apply for clearance with the Child Protection Act and Sexual Offences Register
