SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHER: MATHEMATICS & PHYSICS
Further Education and Training Phase – Full-Time Position
Pioneer Academy, a dynamic and progressive independent school situated in Ghanzi, Botswana, invites suitably qualified and motivated individuals to apply for the position of Secondary School Teacher specialising in Mathematics and Physics. The successful candidate will contribute to a stimulating and high-achieving academic environment within the Cambridge curriculum framework.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a Certificate or Diploma in Further Education and Training (FET) Phase, with Mathematics and/or Physical Sciences as major subjects
- Proficient in the Cambridge Secondary and/or IGCSE Curriculum
- Computer literate with demonstrated experience in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Classroom, etc.)
- Ability to coach a sport and lead at least one extramural activity
- Passionate about children and the teaching profession
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and adaptable individual
- Experience in remedial education will be a distinct advantage
