RUGBY COACH
INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDER (ISP)

SAHETI School is an independent, co-educational, English-medium school dedicated to the pursuit of excellence, while promoting the ethos and values of Hellenism. The school is situated in Senderwood, Bedfordview.
This position requires a person with sound interpersonal and administrative skills. An enthusiastic, active and energetic individual to increase the rugby opportunities through our co-ordinated sports programme.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid BOKSMART;
- IRB Level 1;
- Proven Rugby coaching experience within a school environment;
- An education degree;
- A relevant qualification in Sport Management;
- Current studies in teaching or teaching degree; (will be advantageous)
- Valid SACE certification;
- Coaching qualifications relevant to the sporting codes mentioned;
- Referee/Umpiring experience or a relevant qualification; and
- A Professional Drivers Permit (PDP);
Duties and Responsibilities:
The duties and Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
- Delivering coaching across various phases;
- Planning engaging and fun rugby practice sessions;
- Officiating fixtures and tournaments;
- Ensuring a safe training environment;
- Promoting rugby to the SAHETI community;
- Carrying out Risk Assessments as and when required;
- Working closely with the Sports Department; and
- Traveling with students to and from fixtures and tournaments.
