Curro seeks to appoint a Personal Assistant (part-time) at Curro DigiED Victory Park in Johannesburg to commence duties in August 2026

Key performance areas
- Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone, email and in person.
- Supply information regarding the school to the general public, learners, parents and clients.
- Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
- Greet persons entering the school and direct them to the correct destination.
- Generate quotations and manage bookings for the conference centre.
- Liaise with the food and beverage department.
- Deal with queries from learners and clients.
- Organise and coordinate the usage of venues and the boardroom.
- Update and maintain the telephone list for distribution to staff.
- Ensure the whereabouts of staff movements in and out of the school.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Fully understand the details of the group portfolio.
Qualifications, experience and skills
- Higher education experience (advantageous).
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of client service.
- Ability to operate a switchboard.
- Additional languages will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Focus on client service.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Professional personal presentation.
- Highly self-motivated.
- Excellent knowledge of the higher education environment.
- Reliable and stress tolerant.
- Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- A clear criminal record.
