MATERNITY COVER ISIXHOSA TEACHER (GRADES 5-7)
PREPARATORY SCHOOL
Contract Period: 11 January 2027 – 10 May 2027
The successful candidate must:
- have the suitable academic and professional qualifications;
- have a minimum of 5-7 years teaching experience;
- teach isiXhosa from Grade 5-7;
- have good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team;
- implement and maintain a diverse and inclusive learning environment and culture that embraces future-focused education;
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- enrich teaching and learning by including the use of technology and additional learning resources, as well as engaging and stimulating teaching practices;
- be a strong administrator and possess excellent organisational skills;
- be able to initiate and sustain initiatives;
- have a proven track record of managing professional relationships;
- understand the Christian ethos and values of the school;
- have a warm and nurturing disposition;
- be willing to be engaged in the afternoon Co-Curricular Programme;
- be registered with SACE.
