INTERN – PREPARATORY SCHOOL (GRADE 00-7) INTERN – COLLEGE (GRADE 8-12)
(To commence duty from the start of Term 1 of 2027)
This is a full-time school-based internship providing the successful candidate with practical experience in teaching, pastoral care and co-curricular activities while they continue their B.Ed. or PGCE studies. The intern will be actively involved in the classroom and will have opportunities to teach under the guidance and supervision of experienced teachers.
A sound knowledge and enthusiasm for a range of school sports is essential. Experience coaching sports such as cricket, rugby, hockey or swimming would be advantageous.
The right candidate will be motivated and enthusiastic and must be prepared to play a full and active role in the life of the school.
Applicants should be studying towards their B.Ed. Degree, or their PGCE. The school would be prepared to offer the successful candidate tuition fee assistance. Along with this comes the mentorship received from the Senior Teachers at the school both inside and outside of the classroom.
