Intermediate Phase Teacher
Lakeside Education Academy believes in providing a personalised learning experience where each learner can thrive. Our curriculum delivery is varied and inclusive, helping learners develop 21st-century skills such as collaboration, problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, communication, technology, and information literacy.
This is a full-time, on-site position for a qualified Intermediate Phase Teacher located in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town, looking to gain valuable experience in a smaller school. Must be willing to teach a multi-grade class.
Requirements:
- B.Ed or undergrad and PGCE
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners and colleagues.
- Experience in developing and delivering dynamic lesson plans.
- Knowledge of 21st-century skills and experience in using technology to support student learning
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Valid SACE certificate
- Police clearance
