Grade 4 – 9 Art Teacher

We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced teachers for the position of Grade 4 – 9 Art Teacher, to commence in January 2027.
Minimum Requirements:
- A suitable professional teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE or equivalent).
- Current SACE registration.
- Experience teaching Art in the Intermediate and / or Senior Phase would be advantageous.
- A willingness to uphold and contribute to the ethos and values of St Martin’s School.
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate a passion for Art and the ability to inspire creativity and self-expression in students.
- Possess sound knowledge of appropriate Art teaching methodologies and the ability to develop students’ practical and creative skills.
- Create an engaging learning environment that encourages experimentation, imagination, and confidence in artistic expression.
- Display professionalism, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.
- Participate actively in the school’s co-curricular and pastoral programmes.
