Curro seeks to appoint a Curro Choice Supervisor (full-time) at Curro Roodeplaat in Pretoria to commence duties in January 2027

Key performance areas
Classroom Management
- Manage classroom environment and learners during live and tutorial lessons
- Ensure learners remain engaged in their live lessons or Moodle courses during tutorials
- Oversee and manage Curro Choice headsets within the classroom
- Monitor learner progress via tutor/teacher feedback and Power BI dashboard
- Assist with invigilation during assessments/tests
- Log service desk tickets for technical or connectivity challenges
- Enforce discipline and alert learners to assignment/task deadlines and submission dates
Administrative Duties
- Maintain attendance registers for all supervised learners
- Provide feedback to parents and school management regarding learner performance
- Receive and print assessments/tests/exams according to Curro Choice schedule
- Scan and email completed assessments/tests/exams to relevant Curro Choice teachers
- Communicate effectively with Curro Choice teachers and tutors regarding learner performance in the venue
Qualifications, experience and skills
- Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
- BEd degree – advantageous
- SACE registration (provisional or conditional) – required
- Experience in tutoring/teaching
- Skilled motivator, able to encourage learners to explore new theories and value new products – advantageous
