We are seeking an experienced and innovative Project Manager to join our Primary School Curriculum team. Aligning with our vision for 21st-century teaching and learning, the successful candidate will facilitate and manage the development and implementation of cutting-edge curriculum initiatives and also provide subject-specific curriculum leadership.

Key performance areas
Project Management:
- Manage curriculum projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
- Develop and execute project plans, setting clear objectives, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement, including teachers, subject experts, and external partners
- Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks
Curriculum Leadership and Development:
- Provide expertise in subject-specific curriculum design, development, and implementation
- Lead curriculum review and development processes for designated subjects
- Collaborate with teachers and subject experts to enhance curriculum quality and relevance
- Develop and refine assessment strategies to measure student progress
- Ensure alignment with national standards and best practices in curriculum design
Qualifications, experience and skills
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in curriculum leadership and development, specifically in primary education.
- Skills: Project management, leadership, communication, problem‑solving, technical proficiency (MS Office & Excel), and data management.
- Attributes: Resilience, adaptability, attention to detail, organisation, and time‑management.
- Additional expertise: Strong background in project/school management with ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects; subject‑specific curriculum design (Natural/Social Sciences).
