CREDITORS CLERK / FINANCE ADMIN

Grace College is seeking a dedicated, organised, and detail-oriented Creditors Clerk & Administrative Assistant to join our Finance Team. This role provides essential financial and administrative support to the Bursar’s Office and contributes to the efficient operation of the College’s financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain creditor accounts, including invoices, reconciliations, and supplier payments.
- Assist with day-to-day financial administration and maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.
- Assist with general procurement processes and supplier administration.
- Maintain organised financial records and filing systems.
- Communicate professionally with suppliers, staff, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the Bursar’s Office.
- Ensure compliance with the College’s financial policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant finance or accounting qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
- Sound understanding of basic accounting principles and creditor processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar finance or administrative role will be advantageous.
