The post
- Subjects: Afrikaans, Grade 5 to Grade 9
- Start date: January 2027 (some training / preparation commitments during the final term of 2026)
- Remuneration: Market related and dependent on strength of the candidate
- Working hours: 7am – 4pm daily
What we are looking for
- Tertiary teaching qualification relevant to the phase, and SACE registration
- Subject specialisation in Afrikaans at Intermediate and/or Senior Phase level
- A strong collaborator with a genuine affection for young people, a firm belief in the potential of every child, and a proven track record of student success
- Experience in an IEB school will be advantageous
