Judith Griessel is a legal professional and after admission as advocate to the High Court in 1988, started out her career as a prosecutor and magistrate, and then ventured into the corporate field specialising in labour relations management and employment law for 10 years. She started her own legal consultancy in 2005.

Judith has been involved in private education and as consultant to ISASA since 2007, and she has various member schools as clients. She has drafted an Employment Relations manual and a range of pro forma documents for independent schools, including employment contracts and policies.

Judith provides practical advice and assistance for dealing effectively with areas of conflict in the workplace. She is based in Johannesburg but provides services to clients nationally.
