Gail Forsman has 30 years’ experience in the Organisational Development and Human Resources environment, five of these at a senior executive level, where she fulfilled the role of HR Director at AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals South Africa.

She also has 20 years OD and HR consulting experience, having worked in the Government, Development and Private sectors. She has consulted on:

• HR management
• organisational development and design
• development of HR policies and procedures
• recruitment and selection
  design and implementation of performance management systems
• skills development planning
• job grading and evaluation
• design and development of remuneration policies and systems.

Gail is a certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner.
