The role of the Human Resources Partner Guidelines is to assist Bursars and School Management teams to effectively and professionally implement and manage the human resources role within their school’s context.
This is done through understanding the role of Human Resources (HR) as a function and support service as well as having the necessary information at hand as a reference. The HR function and associated policies and procedures must meet all regulatory and statutory requirements as set out in the various acts that govern employment and employee relations in South Africa.
