PART-TIME U7/U8 TAG RUGBY COACHES
(Rugby Season 2027)
The ideal candidates must have the following qualities:
- Proven experience in coaching TAG rugby, preferably at a school;
- Strong understanding of player development, tactics and training methodologies;
- Ability to motivate, inspire and connect with young athletes;
- Ability to referee matches;
- Relevant coaching certifications including TAG Rugby Level 1 and the most recent BokSmart accreditation is required;
- Have a passion for coaching and the game.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver and coach rugby sessions across various age groups
- Promote teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship
- Develop individual and team skills
- Support the school’s sports strategy and performance goals
- Mentor students to achieve both personal and team excellence.
