Part-Time Classical Guitar Teacher

The Bishops Music Department is a large, vibrant and energetic department which offers a wide-ranging and holistic musical experience to boys from Grade R to Grade Twelve.

Due to growing subject numbers, the College Music Department is looking for a suitably qualified, experienced and enthusiastic part-time Classical Guitar Teacher.

Responsibilities will include the following:

  • 10 hours of individual tuition
  • Guitar ensemble rehearsals
  • Prepare students for practical school exams, external exams, eisteddfods, and other performances, as required

Applicants should note the following:

  • Individual lessons take place from 12h30 until after school, with lesson times arranged according to the student’s extra-curricular timetable.

The successful applicant should ideally be available to commence work from 1 January 2027.
