HEAD OF DEPARTMENT – THERAPY CENTRE
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Head of Department – Therapy Centre to provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership within our Therapy Centre.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the therapy team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centred services, supporting professional development, and contributing to the overall effectiveness and growth of the Centre.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant degree/diploma in an appropriate therapy or healthcare profession.
- Current registration with the relevant professional council/body.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant clinical experience, including experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Proven leadership and people-management experience.
- Strong clinical, organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare legislation, professional standards, and best practices.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant administrative systems.
- A valid driver’s licence would be advantageous.
