Economics Teacher
This extraordinary school is looking for a dynamic teacher who will:
- have the ability to connect with children.
- have the necessary qualifications and experience in teaching the IEB curriculum to Grade 12 level in Economics – this is a minimum requirement of this position. Having marked Matric IEB examinations in the subject will be advantageous to the application.
- be passionate about Economics and have an active interest in innovative approaches to the teaching of the subject.
- be willing to teach Business Studies and/or EMS in addition, if required.
- have a current SACE registration.
- have excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
- embrace technology to significantly enhance the learning experience.
- encourage student participation in Olympiads and competitions and be able to offer extension for these students.
- continue to drive Bridge House as a centre for academic excellence in South Africa.
- be willing to participate fully in the life of the school and extracurricular activities.
