At Curro, we believe that creativity fuels connection and innovation. We are seeking to appoint a Designer at our Head Office in Cape Town within the Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and production of marketing material, ensuring that all outputs reflect and strengthen our corporate brand identity. This role calls for a dynamic, detail‑oriented professional with a flair for creativity and the ability to thrive under pressure. Working closely with the Portfolio Manager, the Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual communication of our brand, contributing to projects that inspire, engage, and support our vision.

Key performance areas
Design & Creation of Materials (95%)
- Interpret design briefs and requirements
- Develop creative concepts aligned to brand guidelines
- Submit designs for review, apply amendments, and prepare artwork for final production
- Collaborate with the Production Manager for distribution and client feedback
Brand Reviews (5%)
- Provide input into corporate identity guides when required
Qualifications, experience and skills
- Diploma in Graphic Design (3 years)
- 1–2 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer
Skills & Competencies
- Technical Skills: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Office Suite
- Advantageous: Dreamweaver, After Effects
- Behavioural Attributes: Creativity, Planning & Organising, Attention to Detail, Coping Under Pressure, Time Management, Self‑Management, Teamwork
