In order to do this we seek to recruit and employ assistant teachers, who are currently studying towards a teaching qualification in Foundation Phase or Early Childhood Education. Key Stage 1 Teacher Assistant (Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and 2)
To start 01 January 2020, or as soon as possible thereafter.
The requirements for the post are as follows:
Applicants must be registered to study Foundation Phase or Early Childhood Education, or a Bachelors of Education (Foundation Phase).
Applicants must be from a previously disadvantaged background.
Applicants must be able to assume responsibilities from January 2020.
Applicants must be able to supervise children after school and to offer learning support in and out of the classroom.
Applicants must possess a strong work ethic and be willing to extend themselves in their professional growth.
