Clifton School, the independent school for boys in Durban, runs from Grade 00 to Grade 12. It is situated in Morningside in Durban.

The College invites applications for the following post:

SUBJECT HEAD – PHYSICAL SCIENCES

GRADES 8 – 12

(to commence duty Term 2 of 2025)

The ideal candidate will hold the following qualities:

  • be an appropriately qualified and experienced Physical Sciences teacher;
  • have registered with SACE;
  • have IEB experience as an advantage but not a prerequisite;
  • have Matric marking experience as an advantage;
  • have experience in curriculum development, or sound knowledge of the IEB Physical Sciences curriculum;
  • be energetic and creative;
  • department management experience would be beneficial;
  • be prepared to play a full and active role in the co-curricular life of the school.
