SP Student Teacher (major: NS/EMS)

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Senior Phase Student Teacher located in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. As a student teacher, your day-to-day tasks will include creating lesson plans, delivering engaging and student-centered lessons, and other school-related admin. You will work closely with other teachers and staff members to foster a supportive learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
- a 4th year B.Ed/PGCE SP student.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners and colleagues.
- Experience in developing and delivering dynamic lesson plans.
- Knowledge of 21st-century skills and experience in using technology to support student learning
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to ongoing professional development
- Valid/provisional SACE certificate
