Due to the growth in this department the School seeks to employ a suitably qualified Senior School teacher who can teach both Business Studies and Accounting reporting directly to the Senior School Head.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience in teaching both Business Studies Grade 10 to 12 as well as Accounting Grade 8 to 12. (IEB experience will be advantageous yet is not a prerequisite).
  • Have suitable academic qualifications.
  • Be registered with SACE.
  • Have the ability to use various digital technology in the classroom.
  • Be able to inspire students using innovative and creative teaching methodologies.
  • Be a team player – willing to be part of a successful and driven department and community.
  • Be a dynamic and committed educator, who can set, manage and work to deadlines.
  • Appreciate working in a values-driven, Christian environment.
  • Be required to uphold the ethos and traditions of the School.
  • Be willing to apply for clearance with the Child Protection Act and Sexual Offences Register

The appointment is effective 1 January 2025.
