Private Flute Teacher
Grayston Preparatory School is an independent English-medium, co-educational preparatory school in Sandown, Sandton.
A rare opportunity exists for a private music teacher to join the staff at Grayston Prep School.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals who believe they have the required skills and competencies to take on this position.
Applicants for a Private Flute Teacher should fulfil the following requirements:
- Have a relevant music qualification from a recognised institution
- Competence in flute is essential
- Be qualified to teach flute (beginner to advanced)
- An ability to accompany students and/or ensembles will be an advantage
- Previous experience teaching individual music lessons is essential
- Be an enthusiastic contributor to music education in the school
- Have excellent people skills and be able to work positively with children and parents
- Can adapt to change
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of a team
- Be self-motivated, organised and energetic Grayston Prep does not remunerate this position; the applicant will bill parents directly but will be provided with a venue.
