POSITION OVERVIEW
The Middle School Principal serves as the educational leader and administrative head of the middle school, guiding students, faculty, and staff to create a positive, inclusive, and academically rigorous environment. This role requires a dynamic leader who is empathetic, collaborative, culturally competent, and committed to educational innovation. The principal will manage day-to-day operations, including curriculum development, staff supervision, and student discipline while engaging with families, caregivers, and the broader community.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- A Master’s degree in Education or Leadership
- Valid licensure and/or certification
- Significant experience in middle school education
- Prior leadership experience, preferably as a building principal
- Experience in both large and small school environments
- Familiarity with international school settings
- Deep understanding of concept-based curricula, inquiry learning, and associated pedagogies
- A proven commitment to being a student-centered and inclusive professional
- Experience in delivering U.S.-based curriculum and standards.

- Advocate for and implement innovative practices and improvements in educational programs and operations.
- Ensure relevant regulations, policies, and safety standards are adhered to.
