Henley Primary School is a private, co-ed primary school. It has a strong academic tradition and all learners are encouraged to work to the best of their own ability. Classes are small and learners are given individual attention. It strives to create a happy atmosphere, providing for the talents of each child. learners are encouraged to develop a caring and responsible attitude towards others.
The school currently consists of 200 learners from different cultural, ethnic and religious backgrounds. The Executive Committee wishes to appoint a dynamic and innovative Principal to join their team with effect from January 2022.
The successful candidate should:
have experience within the education sector in a leadership and/or management position
have the necessary academic and professional qualifications including a SACE registration certificate
have strong IT knowledge (school administrative and management systems and MS Office)
be resilient and adaptable with the ability to lead through uncertain times
have knowledge of the national educational regulations (IEB knowledge would be advantageous)
show attention to detail and commit to uphold the high standard of education at the school
be able to seamlessly integrate into the existing staff compliment
be able to embrace current ideas
