Piano Teacher


Due to increased piano numbers and our very successful Music Academy, we invite applications for the following PART-TIME teaching post to commence duties on the 25th January 2021.


The successful applicant must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a proven track record as a highly skilled and experienced Piano Teacher with the flexibility to teach across many grades, beginner to advanced.
  • BMus Degree is a minimum requirement
  • Have experience in teaching beginners to advanced pupils
  • Have a good track record of entering pupils for External Music Exams and Eisteddfods
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to accompany ensembles and solo performances alike
  • Teach music theory up to Grade 6 ABRSM/TLC standard
  • Computer literate
  • Available to teach in the mornings and afternoons
  • SACE registration
