The School invites applications for the following position to start in January 2023.


1 Year Fixed Term Contract

The successful candidate must be able to teach Grades 10 to 12 Design.

Applicants for this position are expected to have an appropriate tertiary degree and must be SACE registered or in the process of applying for registration. Previous experience in an IEB school system would be advantageous. Knowledge and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc) or Autodesk Maya or AutoCAD would also be advantageous. They should have the ability to work co-operatively with colleagues, and have a genuine enthusiasm, commitment and passion for education in South Africa.

The successful candidate must be a dynamic, passionate Design teacher who will fully engage with young people so they flourish in both the classroom and in other aspects of their lives. This person should be proactive and keep abreast of innovation in education.
