Piano Teacher & Accompanist
Classical Guitar Teacher
The following qualities and abilities are essential:
Have a proven track record as a highly skilled and experienced teacher with the flexibility to teach across many grades, beginner to advanced according to the ABRSM and/or TLC syllabuses
BMus Degree or equivalent is essential
Piano & Accompanist: Accompaniment for all instrumental and voice students. Planning and monitoring of rehearsal schedules and performances.
Guitar: Teaching electric, bass and classical guitar from beginner to advance levels
Willingness to assist with afterhours extra‐curricular music activities (concerts and tours)
Prepare students for concerts, festivals, competitions and exams (ABRSM, IEB and TLC Examinations)
Be a dynamic team player with excellent people and communication skills
Assistance with musical functions, relevant to pupils
Administrative tasks related to pupils
Teach music theory up to Grade 6 ABRSM standard
Available to teach in the mornings and afternoons
Ability to work creatively with children
No criminal record
