Clifton Preparatory School is an independent co-educational school offering schooling from Grade 00 to Grade 7, with boarders from Grade 1 to Grade 7. Founded in 1942, Clifton is set on a 64 hectare estate in the KZN Midlands.
Maintenance of Alumni Database
Alumni & marketing function co-ordination
General Alumni & archival administration
Management & collation of Old Cliftonian’s newsletters
Management of Old Cliftonian’s social pages
General marketing administration and support of the Marketing Manager
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
A relevant tertiary qualification
Strong computer literacy essential. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Previous experience of work in general office administration, social media marketing, and working in an alumni and marketing department and archives environment would be advantageous.
Knowledge and experience in Adobe suite would be advantageous.
