The school seeks to employ a dynamic and professional person in the position of isiZulu teaching who will report directly to the Junior School Head.
The successful candidate will:
- Require an appropriate degree or diploma with the ability to teach isiZulu as a first additional language
- Have in-depth knowledge regarding 21st Century teaching strategies
- Be able to teach across Grade 4-7
- Be registered with SACE
- Have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Be able to work under pressure, plan and meet deadlines
- Be committed to the extra-mural programme of the school
- Be willing to attend and support Staff Development
- Be able to lead and work within a team
- Appreciate working in a values-driven, Christian environment
- Be required to uphold the ethos and traditions of the school
- Be willing to apply for clearance with the Child Protection Act and Sexual Offences Register
The ability to teach a second subject will be an advantage.
