Junior Primary Teacher
from January 2025
Auburn House Montessori School in Kenilworth, Cape Town, requires a Junior Primary, 6-9 years Teacher from January 2025.
The successful candidate will understand child development; have a love for teaching, be vibrant and energetic; have a sense of humour coupled with resilience and adaptability; be responsible, reliable, proactive and be able to work as part of a team.
Requirements:
- An appropriate Montessori qualification, and an understanding of the Montessori Philosophy.
- BEd OR a suitable Degree and a PGCE qualification.
- Strong in English and Maths.
- Experience in teaching for a minimum of 5 years across the curriculum.
- Have a valid First Aid and Police Clearance certificate.
- Be SACE registered.
