We invite applications for the following post:

Intermediate Phase Class Teacher

  • Must have a teaching qualification (B Ed/PGCE)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience in the same/ similar position
  • Have an understanding and willingness to use an integrated teaching approach in the classroom
  • Computer literate with knowledge of smartboards and tablets
  • Have good organisational and inter-personal skills especially when dealing with parents and staff
  • Be prepared to be part of the schools extramural and sport programme.
  • A passion for teaching, strong classroom management skills and a basic understanding of the development of young children
  • An unequivocal commitment to working as part of an accomplished team.
  • A commitment to on-going personal and professional development
  • Willing to support the Christian ethos of the School.
  • All candidates are required to be SACE registered, obtain a Police Clearance, and have the necessary qualifications in order to apply for this post. Ideally the candidate should possess South African Citizenship OR Permanent Residency
