HR Administrator



St Alban’s College, one of South Africa’s leading independent boys’ boarding and day schools in Pretoria, seeks a skilled and highly motivated individual to fill the position of HR Administrator. The incumbent reports to the Director of Finance and Administration.

The ideal candidate should be a Generalist in the field of Human Resources and should have a proven and successful track record.


  • A BComm degree in Human Resources or related with at least five to seven years’ experience in an HR role.
  • A passion for Human Resources and able to work independently.
  • Hands on experience with Payroll, Skills Development, Employment Equity, Provident and Pension Submissions, COIDA, Disciplinary procedures, Contracts ,Recruitment, Unions, Policy Development and other ad hoc HR duties
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of Confidentiality at all times.
  • Competence in terms of computer literacy, especially Google apps. and Excel.
  • Excellent understanding of the current statutory regulations.
  • Must have own transport.
