We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, dedicated, and suitably qualified teacher to teach Life Sciences, effective from September 2025 (Term 3) or earlier by mutual agreement. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, passionate about their subject, and able to engage meaningfully with students.

Minimum Requirements

  • A teaching qualification and SACE registration.
  • Proven experience in teaching Life Sciences up to Grade 12. IEB experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • A passion for biology and a commitment to fostering scientific curiosity and critical thinking.
  • The ability to create stimulating, interactive lessons that make biological concepts relevant and accessible.
  • Competence in using digital tools and technology to enhance teaching and learning.
  • A commitment to students’ academic and personal development, nurturing knowledge and inquiry-based learning.
  • Willingness to contribute to the school’s extra-curricular programme.
  • An ability to work collaboratively as part of a forward-thinking, evolving team.
  • Dedication to the broader life of the school and its community.
  • A willingness to uphold and respect the Anglican ethos and values of the school.
