Grade R Educator
Angels’ Care ECD Centre and Pre-School, which has two classes per grade from grades RRR to R, is the feeder school to Thembelihle Primary School (grades 1 – 7) in Howick, KZN. In fulfilling the mission of bringing hope to the greater Howick community through service to disadvantaged children and families, these two schools provide a holistic and multicultural education rooted in Christian values for children of all backgrounds. Through generous funding, many children are privileged to enjoy this quality education for ten years.
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, dynamic educator to teach Grade R at Angels’ Care Pre-School.
The requirements for the position are:
- A degree in Foundation Phase Education
- SACE registration
- A valid police clearance certificate
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in teaching Grade R
- Being a compassionate person who fully supports the vision and mission of the school
- The ability to speak isiZulu will be an advantage
- Flexibility in adapting to teaching second-language pupils in English, which is the language of learning and teaching
