St Martin’s is an Anglican school in the South of Johannesburg. It has an illustrious history as a truly Christian, South African school with luminaries like Oliver Tambo, Hugh Masekela and Trevor Huddlestone having been involved here. It is an exciting educational space, challenging young people to become future leaders, to reach for their dreams and to change their world.

We are seeking to employ a high school Afrikaans teacher from January 2023.

Minimum requirements:

  • The necessary academic qualifications from a recognised university.
  • IT proficiency.
  •  An uncanny ability to get through to kids.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • A love for languages.
  • A willingness to tour with pupils to the KK&K.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching Afrikaans in an IEB school.
