GRADE 8 AND 9 AFRIKAANS FAL EDUCATOR
To commence duties on the 1 January 2023
The successful candidate:
Must be suitably qualified.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in teaching Afrikaans as a First Additional Language
Must have a SACE certificate.
Must be an Afrikaans Home Language speaker
The successful candidate would preferably:
Currently be teaching or have taught Grade 6 and 7 Afrikaans FAL, and willing to transition to High School.
Have a very good work ethic and be a team player.
Be patient, kind and empathetic.
Be willing to attend professional development in the LSEN space.
Be willing to participate fully in extra murals and sport.
Be able to identify with the values, ethos, and mission of our school.
Be willing to participate in general curriculum support.
Have a current police clearance.
Be willing to undergo psychometric testing for suitability to the Grantley College environment.
