Founded in 2007 and located in Plumstead, Cape Town, Oakley House Preparatory is a leading independent, co-educational school specialising in supporting diverse individuals with specific learning challenges.
We are seeking an experienced and energetic educator to fill a Grade 3 Position.
To meet the requirements for this position, the ideal candidate will need the following:
- A recognised degree and/or a 4-year professional teaching qualification
- SACE registration
- A recognised qualification in Inclusive Education/Special Needs Education
- A working knowledge and understanding of specific learning challenges
- A thorough knowledge of the National Curriculum (CAPS)
- An intrinsic desire to continue learning, along with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively
- Good IT skills and a working knowledge of the Google Suite
